RETURN POLICY

You are entitled to an exchange or refund for regular price merchandise within 5 business days of receiving the item.  

All sale items are FINAL SALE.

Due to the intimate nature and materials used ALL CUSTOM DESIGNS, ITEMS WITH RHINESTONE , FEATHER, AND ALL SWIMWEAR & BODYSUITS designs  are considered FINAL SALE.

FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please note that the product must be returned unused, unworn,  in the original packaging & including all tags, and original packaging. Requests for returns (refunds or exchanges) after 5 days from confirmation of your order being shipped will not be considered. In case of exchange or refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. 

 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Items purchased between BLACK FRIDAY AND CHRISTMAS NOVEMBER 28-DECEMBER 25 are subject to the Standard Return Policy.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

You must SEND AN EMAIL TO [email protected] TO REQUEST A RETURN INVOICE. ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN APPROVED YOU WILL BE PROVIDED THE ADDRESS TO SHIP TO within 5 days from the day you receive your package.

Please write your order # on the outside of the package and mark the package RETURN TO SENDER.
 
You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. 

 

Please note not all shipping carriers deliver to PO BOXES, if you are a US resident please use USPS or FEDEX*

 

REFUNDS, PROCESSING & ADDITIONAL INFO

Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 to 5  business days after we receive your return.

WE HIGHLY recommend sending return parcels with tracking as we are not liable if your return is not received at our RETURN address. If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery at our RETURN address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, AUDACIOUS & FERAL will not be held accountable for any losses.
